By purchasing artwork from Antoinette Art, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Products
All artworks displayed on this website are original, one-of-a-kind pieces by Antoinette Jordaan. Each painting is handcrafted and may have slight variations from the photographs shown. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Prices include the artwork only (shipping calculated at checkout)
- Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe
- Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full
Shipping
- All paintings are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery
- Domestic (South Africa) delivery: 3-5 business days
- International delivery: 10-21 business days depending on destination
- Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched
- Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer
Returns and Refunds
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the painting arrives damaged. In this case:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photographs of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our discretion
Copyright
The artist retains all copyright to the artwork. By purchasing a painting, you acquire the physical artwork but not the reproduction rights. The artwork may not be reproduced, published, or used for commercial purposes without the artist's written permission.
Packaging and Handling
Each original painting is hand packaged and shipped by the artist, ensuring your artwork arrives safely and with personal care.
Commissions
For commissioned works, a 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. Commission terms are agreed upon individually and will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
